This site collects what you type into the request form and nothing else. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from any company except its host. We use your details to reply to you, and we never sell them.

1What this policy covers

Field Assembly LLC ("we") is a Massachusetts limited liability company. Reassembly is its website-building service. This policy covers reassembly.fieldassembly.net and the email we send about Reassembly. Our other sites carry their own policies.

2What you send us

When you use the request form, we receive:

• your name, business name, and email address
• your phone number and current website, if you add them
• the boxes you check and anything you write in the note

If you email us directly, we receive your message and your email address.

3How the form reaches us

The form runs on Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site. Cloudflare turns each request into an email and sends it to our inbox at Proton Mail, run by Proton AG. The form does not save your request anywhere else on the way.

We keep requests in that inbox. If we discuss a project with you, we also keep notes about your business in our own records, on our own computer, to prepare a proposal and follow up.

4How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare a proposal.
• To look at your current website so the proposal fits your business.
• If you become a client, to deliver and support the work.

We don't add you to a mailing list. We don't use your details for advertising, and we don't sell or rent them.

5Businesses we contact first

Sometimes we write to a business before it writes to us. We find businesses through public listings such as OpenStreetMap, the business's own website, and its public social media pages. We keep a record of what we found, where, and when. We don't collect data from Google or Yelp.

Each message we send gives our postal address and a way to say no. If you tell us you're not interested, we mark your business so we never contact you again. That mark is permanent, and we keep only what we need to honor it.

6Server logs

Like any web host, Cloudflare records routine request information to serve pages and block attacks: the IP address, the time, the page requested, the browser type, and the referring page. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report failed connections. Cloudflare keeps these logs under its own privacy policy. We don't export them, and we don't build profiles from them.

7Cookies and third parties

This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage, so there is no cookie banner. There is no analytics service, advertising pixel, chat widget, or embedded video. The fonts are hosted on this site, so loading a page contacts no one but Cloudflare.

8How long we keep it

We keep requests and project notes while they are useful for answering you, doing the work, or keeping business records. We delete them sooner if you ask, except where the law requires us to keep a record, such as an invoice.

9Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to reassembly@fieldassembly.net. We answer within 45 days and tell you if we need 45 more. If we decline, we tell you why, and you can appeal by replying. We answer appeals within 60 days.

We honor Global Privacy Control and similar browser signals by not selling or sharing personal information in the first place.

10Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The form checks what it receives and passes it on without storing it. Beyond that, our main protection is collecting little.

11Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

12Changes and contact

If what the site does changes, this policy changes first, and the date at the top changes with it. Questions go to reassembly@fieldassembly.net.
