Private project sites

A password-protected site for one project with a start and an end, meant for the people involved rather than the public. It can hold the schedule, decisions, and records in one place. Below are selected pages from two such sites, a home build and a wedding. They are examples only. A project site can be set up for many other kinds of projects.

01A home build

Built for a builder and the family whose house he is building. The builder posts updates and questions. The owners answer from their phones, and each answer is dated. Some pages are set up for the builder only. Two of its pages are shown here.

02A wedding

Built for a family planning a wedding more than a year out. Its pages include the guest list, budget, vendors, and calendar, and a rent-or-buy table that compares renting, buying, and reselling for each item. Two of its pages are shown here.

We take project sites case by case. What a site includes, what it costs, who can see what, and what happens to it after the project ends all depend on the project, and are set out in a written proposal if we go ahead.

Both examples are shown with invented names, places, and figures.
